FIBC bags, also known as bulk bags, are widely used and well‑known for their versatility. In addition to everyday household applications, they are employed for packaging industrial and agricultural products. Recently, with the rapid growth of the logistics sector, logistics‑specific FIBC bags have also gained widespread recognition.
Scope of application for ton bags:
FIBC products have a wide range of applications, particularly for packaging bulk materials such as cement, grain, chemical raw materials, feed, starch, and minerals—whether in powder or granular form—as well as pharmaceutical ingredients, plastic resins, food additives, feed additives, refractory materials, and even hazardous substances like calcium carbide. They offer exceptional convenience during handling, transportation, and storage. FIBC products are currently experiencing robust growth, with particular popularity for one‑ton capacity bags packaged on pallets—either one bag per pallet or four bags per pallet.
Features of ton bags:
1. The ton bag has a load capacity ranging from 0.5 to 3 tonnes and a volume between 500 and 2,300 liters. The safety factor can be customized to 3:1, 5:1, or 6:1 according to customer requirements.
2. Based on content, cargo is classified into two major categories: bulk cargo ton bags and small-package cargo ton bags, suitable for both single-use and reusable applications.
3. Ton bags are classified into three shapes: round, square, and U‑shaped.
4. Lifting structures are available in top‑mounted, side‑mounted, and bottom‑mounted configurations, typically equipped with material inlet and outlet ports.
